The purpose of the Hungalimentaria conference and exhibition, organised in conjunction with the National Food Chain Safety Agency biannually is
to bring the scientific and practical aspects of analytical chemistry, microbiology, and molecular biology closer to the personnel of laboratories conducting tests of food and animal feed, decision maker professionals who take advantage of the test results and to all key stakeholders in the food industry.
Hungalimentaria is the highest ranking domestic muster of food safety issues, regularly with nearly 300 participants and 20-30 exhibitors who grace this event with their presence and nearly 60 lectures are held.
